When it comes to ice-cream, Jannettas Gelateria is an institution.
This family business, which dates back to 1908, is built on passion.
Nicola and Owen Hazel have been running the business for over 20 years, continuing the family tradition of making only the best quality Gelato, creating new and delicious flavours and indulging their customers!
But Jannetta is not just about the much-loved takeaway ice-cream cone – they also have a fantastic café within their St Andrews premises and cater for a huge array of events from weddings and christenings to student balls, as well as supplying wholesale to a range of other businesses.
Jannettas approached Grainger PR in 2014, the year in which they decided to embark on a transformational refurbishment of their St Andrews premises.
I went on to secure a diverse portfolio of local and national coverage for the company from announcing their impressive and growing collection of awards to new, weird and wonderful flavours! They appeared in a host of newspapers (local and national), magazines, and on national TV and radio. Having been rooted in the St Andrews community for so long, Jannettas also love to give back to those on their doorstep, and it was a pleasure to shout about their fundraising achievements and local collaborations too.
