Launch of Dundee Science Centre’s ‘Medical Marvels’ Exhibition

Dundee Science Centre’s new Medical Marvels exhibition and science learning suite, the result of a £2M fundraising campaign, will open at Dundee Science Centre from Monday 2 July 2018, coinciding with the centre’s 18th birthday.

After several months of construction and fit-out, the redevelopment doubles the upper floor space through a mezzanine extension.

Fife Accountant ‘Humbled’ by Prestigious Award

A Fife accountant has been selected to represent the chartered accountancy profession across the world, after winning the ‘One Young CA’ award at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS) Young CAs Summit.

Michael Scott CA (32), a Supervisor based in the Glenrothes office of EQ Chartered Accountants, was presented with the award at the summit in London on Thursday 21 June 2018.

Going Global for World Cup

A Dundee nursery is taking children on a voyage around the globe this week to mark the World Cup celebrations.

As part of its enrolment week, The Teddy Bear Club Nursery is highlighting the traditional foods, dress and music of the 32 countries involved. Children will also be creating flags from around the world, baking football cupcakes and, of course, playing some football outside in mini sports afternoons!
