Science Centre Elves Spread Cheer Across Communities

Christmas elves are spreading festive cheer across Dundee by distributing free Science Centre tickets throughout the city.

From today until Christmas Eve, a merry group of elves are spreading seasonal cheer as part of their “Twelve Days of Christmas” campaign.

Every weekday before Christmas, they are dropping off family passes (valid for two adults and two children) at various locations across the city, including community centres, libraries, and popular public spaces. Each day, the team will also share the locations on Dundee Science Centre’s social media platforms.

The surprise gifts offer lucky finders the chance to enjoy a free visit to the attraction on the run-up to Christmas, where Christmas Elfstravaganza activities are in full swing, or during January 2025.

Jak Derrick-Ross, Business Development Lead, commented, “As part of our mission to engage everyone in science throughout the year, we spend lots of time out about in our communities, from schools and community centres to city centre events and outdoor festivals.

“We know that many families face challenges, especially at this time of year, so our generous band of elves hope to bring a little extra holiday magic by offering free tickets to enjoy some festive fun before Christmas or in the new year.”
